1. Successful Program Completion: Applicants must be graduates of the IAFEC Certified Financial Empowerment Program.
2. Demonstrated Excellence: Show evidence of outstanding skills and results in financial coaching. You must have 250 documented financial empowerment coaching hours. You must pass the Excellence in Financial Coaching exam. You must submit three case studies, and five client testimonials.
3. Adherence to Ethical Standards: Maintain the highest ethical standards in your coaching practice, ensuring trust and integrity in client relationships.
4. Commitment to Continued Learning: Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry advancements.
